Cancellation Policy

Mediterrana Yachts Cancellation Policy​

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to offer flexibility while maintaining fair terms for all bookings. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

​

• Cancellations made up to 5 days prior to the sailing date: No penalty, full refund.

• Cancellations made between 5 and 3 days prior to the sailing date: A cancellation charge of 30% of the total fare will apply.

• Cancellations made within 3 days of the sailing date, including the day of sailing: No refund will be provided (100% cancellation charge applies).

In the event that weather conditions prevent the completion of the originally planned itinerary, Mediterrana Travel may, with the client's approval, modify the itinerary, stops, and route. If guests prefer to cancel rather than accept the adjustments, they will receive a full refund.

Cancellations by Us

​

In the event of a cancellation from our end due to situations beyond our control, including but not limited to safety, security, weather conditions, strikes, mechanical breakdowns, or other unexpected issues, guests will be given the option to reschedule. If a guest chooses not to reschedule, they will be compensated accordingly.

Rescheduling & Changes

​

No changes or rescheduling requests will be accepted within 48 hours or less before the scheduled departure.
